Michaella Forbes

Michaella’s corporate background as a CPA and a CFA for over twenty years was not a detour—it’s a divine asset. Her ability to think in frameworks, measure results, and manage complex projects forms the infrastructure for her new venture. Known among peers as The Artistic Accountant, she bridges two worlds rarely held in harmony: the precision of finance and the freedom of creative expression. This dual fluency positions her as a rare leader capable of mentoring both corporate women seeking rebirth after divorce and creative professionals who need structure, systems, and strategy to scale.

How Creativity Brought Me Through It

Michaella’s life embodies convergence—where discipline meets divine creativity. Born to a single mother who modeled perseverance through sacrifice, she learned early the value of hard work, focus, and faith. Yet beneath that drive for excellence was always the heartbeat of an artist.

Though she earned top honors academically and pursued accounting as a practical career path, the stage—storytelling, performance, expression—was always calling her home.

For over twenty years, she excelled in the corporate world as both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), guiding multimillion-dollar organizations with precision and professionalism. But even as she mastered numbers and strategy, the deeper narrative of her life—one of purpose, artistry, and faith—was quietly taking shape. Her creative gifts, once suppressed by practicality, began to reemerge through her church’s drama ministry, where she rediscovered the healing power of performance and storytelling.

Out of deep personal pain, including a divorce, Michaella found the redemptive language of art and dove deeper into purpose. Her first original stage play, All of Me, became both a mirror and a ministry—helping others see how God transforms brokenness into beauty. From that moment forward, her creative life began to unfold with boldness and intentionality. Through plays, short films, songs, podcasts and authorship, Michaella has learned to turn wounds into wisdom and stories into systems of impact.
